　　　1. Data collect station：
                 Collect condition of each dyeing machine include:
　　　　 (1) Temperature：
　　　　　   Pick dye temperature up by connects pt-100 sensor from each dyeing machine very minutes.
　　　　  (2) Fabric cycle time：
　　　　　　Catch the signal from seam detector to calculate the fabric cycle time.
　　　　  (3) Dosing pump data：
　　　　　　Pick the on/off signal up from each dosing pump.

　　　 2. Data analysis station：
　　　　  (1) Linking the data collects station by RS232 interface, include:
                        Temperature, cycle time, dosing period Can storage 12 months data in computer.
                  (2) Analysis function:
                        Retrieved and printout above data by date or by machine.
