An integrated system
comprises seven key
modules.

       Empty bucket is being place on the conveyor
       by a robotic loading arm for the dispensing
       or the next recipe.

As a dispense is completely, the
weighing robot simultaneously picks
up the bucket with the completed
ingredients and moves it to the
automatic conveyor.

      The dyestuffs loading into bins by a vacuum
      pump system with filter unit.

        Screw and vibrator
       combination dosing device		 Can set-up 5 stage different allowance
of upper and lower limitation according
to different weight  range.

   After dispensing, bucket through an automatic
   label printing station which deposits its printout 
   in the bucket for identification of the recipe and
  ingredients and quantities of each.

      Provide continuously updated information
     about the amounts of dyestuff used and
     current quantity in the storage bins of the
     system.
