PATENT NO. 195302

Fabrics are fully submerged in the dye ensuring even dyeing. Specially designed corrugated board of the fabric storage tube reduces the friction coefficient during operation to accelerate the dyeing process, so the liquor ratio can also be adjusted to 1: 5~8 for customers process requirement.
Fabrics in the transport tube float in the dye without contacting the interior walls of the  tank. This accelerates the dyeing process up to 600m/min. and avoids pillies. This process is suitable for T/C Knitted fabrics and microfibre.
Fabrics flost in guide tube in a courrugated fashion which reduces the tension on the tabrics and prevants vertical crease marks. This is suitable for filament and plain weave fibre.
Fabrics can be treated before the mercerization using the specially designed beating device located tat  the end of the guide tube. This is suitable of the georgette crepe.
A certain amount of dye flows through the branching board, decelerating the speed of the flow. Theis ensures that the   fabrics will be evenly folded without tangling.
The valve allows the water level and speed to be adjusted. This allows offective control of the pounding level and extends the range to meet the requirements of different materials.
