• The new developed dyeing machine adopts O-shaped body, installed with special S shape stackable inner-trough. The fabric is transported smoothly in extended condition along the square inner-trough. The capacity of the machine is 1.5 times larger than the ordinary O type machine。 • The machine adopted the S shape stackable inner-trough and well-moderated net  aperture, which is able to enhance the flow dynamic of the fabric. This enables the machine to operate with low liquor ratio from 1:3~1:4 under different types of fabric and operation procedure。 • When using rectangular cross-section stackable S shape inner-trough for the fiber dyeing process, the fabric has low hydro content and is under low-tension condition, when going trough the nozzle head. This ensures no vertical crease marks are created on the fabric。 • To achieve evenly and speedy dying result, extended square shaped and full-liquor dying tube is used.
	• The fabric is able to transport in the machine with speed up to 700m/min. The fabric circulated back to the inner- trough in a natural spread out and nicely folded status. The machine suits large variety of fabric, and it does not create unnmecessary fold and roll-up border. Its capacity is extensive and is suitable to dye tricot.
