2. Synchronized control cylinder for precision adjustment and
reflective control to
minimize the operation tension of
the fabrics.
3. Feeding screw roller expands the fabrics to reduce creases
of fabrics upon entering
the box roller.
4. Screw roller is provided before the starch pressing to
ensure flatness of fabrics
upon entering the starch-pressing
roller.
5. Bigger curvature of large mesh roller works to reduce the
fabric tension for bigger
area stretching. Further, it also
coordinates with the powerful cleaning of spray gun
in achieving much satisfactory
cleaning effect.
6. The starch pressing rollers are made of rubber and stainless
steel, presenting special
design to achieve uniformed
fabric pressing.
7. Automatically controlled heating system is provided for
setting the temperature
according to actual need.
8. External heat exchanger is installed for heating, which is
used to work with
circulation of water pump to
achieve much better heating effect and uniformed
temperature inside the tank. It
is free of high noise and vibration generated by
ordinary direct steam heating
method for easier maintenance and operation.
9. Powerful water impact generated from the box roller,
creating more impact onto
the fabrics in achieving flush
effect. In addition, well-uniformed water temperature
can be achieved by disturbing the
water flow.
10. Automatic cleaning and filtering system is used to achieve better
lint-removing
effect and convenient operation.
11. Powerful circulation of water pump in each tank. Such circulation
is used to form
feeding and discharge water
saving system just in one machine.
12. Upper cover is provided to reduce the steam leakage.
13. Automatic control is operated by man-machine interface and PLC.
14. Dosing tank is provided with pH value controller to regulate the
time for automatic
agent mixing and suspension
according to the pH value inside the tank.
